Job Details
Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range: $18–24 per hour, based on skills and experience.
Work Location: Onsite - Mundelein, IL 60060
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned production machines to meet daily output targets.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues quickly.
Inspect parts for defects and verify measurements with basic tools.
Keep work areas clean and organized to support safe operations.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Perform simple machine adjustments to maintain quality and flow.
Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement activities.
Skills/Competencies
Strong attention to detail.
Clear communication with shift leaders and teammates.
Ability to follow standardized manufacturing processes.
Ability to read basic measurements and production documentation.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Steady work pace in a fast-moving production environment.
Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers or gauges.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery.
Experience in automotive or industrial production environments.
