The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance operations to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely, reliably, and at peak performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting continuous production, driving efficiency, and building a strong, safety-first maintenance team. At MacLean-Fogg, you’ll lead improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, strengthen reliability, and make a real impact on our operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.
Develop and implement standard maintenance procedures and best practices.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Plan and schedule labor, materials, and work orders to meet production needs.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, including uptime, reliability, and work order completion.
Analyze equipment performance data and drive corrective actions and improvements.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Hire, coach, and develop maintenance team members through performance management.

Qualifications (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related manufacturing role.
Strong understanding of maintenance practices supporting continuous production environments.
