The Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by collaborating with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment. Shift: 3rd Shift, 1030PM – 7AM
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour o Plus, $2.00/hour shift premium for night shifts
Work Location: Onsite - Metform – Extrusion Sciences Building (2551 Wacker Rd, Savanna)
Key Responsibilities
Operate Auto Pack Line
Efficiently complete shipments by processing and accurately loading orders, ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
Skillfully operate powered industrial and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Schedule, transport, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound products, optimizing workflow and minimizing delays.
Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care to prevent damage. • Utilize JDE, RFS, and RF technology to accurately transact inventory movements and facilitate seamless shipping processes.
Transport raw materials to designated work centers, supporting production teams in maintaining efficient workflows.
Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. • Ensure all products are correctly labeled, packaged, and stored, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products to identify and report any damages, maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
