The EHS Manager is a key leader within MacLean-Fogg’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, responsible for driving the company’s safety strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of world-class EHS systems, working toward our Mission Zero goal of no incidents, injuries, or environmental impact.

Position Type: Exempt / Full-time
Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus Bonus
Work Location: Plymouth, MI (On-Site)
Travel: Up to 10%
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations of ISO-14001/ISO-45001 certification pertaining to company operations.
Perform regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental hazards.
Conduct routine safety audits and facility inspections to monitor compliance and detect potential hazards.
Provide training to employees on EHS protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response.
Develop and maintain environmental programs, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the organization complies with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities, including incident reports and compliance audits.
Promote a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Required)
Education: Bachelor's
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in environmental, health & safety or related field within a lean manufacturing environment.
