As a Wheel Nut Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. Position Type: Hourly, Full Time

Work Hours: 1st Shift (5AM-330PM M-F)

Pay Range: $17 – $20/hr.

Work Location: 7034 IL Rt 84, Savanna, IL 61074

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines to produce components according to specifications.

• Ensure all items meet our strict quality control requirements.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments.

• Interpret blueprints and use basic measuring instruments.

• Complete all necessary documents accurately and thoroughly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with 5S standards.

• Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies

• Ability to follow and interpret verbal and written work instructions.

• Ability to take initiative, demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without supervision.

• Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with team members and internal customers.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

• Proficiency in basic computer and mathematical skills.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous industrial manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated steady work history with minimal employment gaps.

• History of reliable attendance record and punctuality - essential to support production timelines and team operations.
