Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed testing and inspections of completed tools and dies to verify that all components meet precise specifications and quality standards
Cut, shape, and trim materials with high precision to make necessary adjustments, ensuring optimal fit and function of parts
Grind, fit, and assemble parts using advanced tools and techniques, ensuring parts fit together seamlessly and meet exact tolerances
Select and assess metals and materials based on their specific properties, ensuring the right choice for the application and manufacturing process
Maintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and best practices while proactively addressing potential hazards
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
Education: High School
Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years
Competencies/Skills
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow and interpret written and verbal work directions
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Physical Requirements
Must be able to push/pull objects up to 30 pounds
Must have the dexterity to handle small objects
