Job Summary
MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Material Handler - 3rd Shift at our Saegertown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. In this role, you will ship, receive, inspect, store, and move materials to keep production supplied and schedules on track. You will use forklifts, warehouse equipment, and inventory systems to move and track materials safely and accurately.
Location: Saegertown, PA
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, with some weekend shifts
Pay: $18/hour
Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required.
What You'll Do as a Material Handler
Process and accurately load shipments to meet production schedules.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, to move materials throughout the facility.
Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound products while supporting appropriate inventory levels.
Load and unload trucks while helping ensure the safe handling and transport of materials and products.
Use JDE, RFS, and RF technology to accurately track inventory movement and support shipping processes.
Deliver raw materials to work centers promptly to support production operations and minimize downtime.
Support inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations, and ensure materials are properly labeled, packaged, and inspected for damage.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, as part of material-handling activities.
Ability to use warehouse equipment and inventory-tracking technology, including JDE, RFS, and RF systems.
Ability to accurately handle, inspect, label, package, and track materials.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves working in a manufacturing and material-handling environment, including around powered industrial equipment such as forklifts.
The position requires pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
Employees in this role need the dexterity to handle small objects.
The role involves working in noisy environments.
